Our answer is slow.

We work with native breeds — riverine buffalo, indigenous cattle, regional sheep and goats — animals adapted to this soil, this water, this climate.

Each customer is paired with one specific animal. The relationship is recorded, dated, and signed.

We feed by design. Pastures are managed not to maximise yield, but to influence the character of each milk.

• No oxytocin. No synthetic stimulants.
• No mixing of milks into one anonymous tank.
• No hormones. No routine antibiotics.
• Small batches, in glass, on a defined calendar.

We are a small farm with a large market.
